Dedicated sessions
Weekly powerlifting classes are part of the group training schedule, typically held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 PM, plus occasional weekend meetups like Saturdays at 8 AM.

These sessions are capped at around 10 athletes, which keeps the environment supportive and hands-on.
Specialty coaching
Guided by Coach Ron Nichols and team, workouts emphasize the classic lifts—squat, bench press, and deadlift—with strong attention to technique, bar path, and safety.
Competition success
In June 2025, several FSF athletes traveled to a Powerlifting Nationals in Kentucky, breaking multiple national and state records — including first-timers crushing debut lifts. Highlights included coaching support from Ron and live meet judging.
