Welcome to Freedom Strength & Fitness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our gym facilities, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Freedom Strength & Fitness.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. User Obligations
You are responsible for keeping your membership and login details confidential and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability
We strive to keep our gym facilities and services available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

5. Fees and Payments
All fees for using Freedom Strength & Fitness's Services are listed on our website or at our facility. Failure to pay these fees can result in the termination of your account.

6. SMS Messaging
- By opting in to receive SMS messages from Freedom Strength & Fitness, you agree to receive account notifications, marketing, and reminders. 

- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to workhorsegym@gmail.com.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
